We talk about Positivity and also put our earnest efforts to remain Positive throughout the entire day but many times & to be very precise most of the time it doesn’t work.
The Key to Positivity is to be Aware of your thoughts. As soon as you realize you’re thinking a negative thought, you switch to something which is Positive.
But sometimes it is experienced that owing to the bad happenings around us or due to circumstances beyond our control, we often drift to Negative states of mind.
How to cope with all the Negative things happening around us and to remain Positive in those situations is then the Million Dollar Question.
The only Remedy to get rid of Negative thoughts is to practice Meditation for at least an hour daily before starting your day. Meditation seems difficult to many as they drift away to thoughts the moment they close their Eyes. The best way is to start practicing Awareness in routine activities.
When you walk in the garden, don’t just walk unconsciously. Walk with Total Awareness as to how your legs are walking, how your eyes are seeing the beautiful flowers around you, how your body feels about the morning sunshine, and the feeling of winds passing by. Continue this Awareness with your thoughts…What thoughts are coming up into your Mind…Then, be Aware of your emotions – do you feel the happiness within you or anger for yesterday’s work done incorrectly maybe by your junior or upon a few negative remarks made by the boss. Just be Aware. And that’s Meditation in Motion.
Meditation Connects us with the Infinite Energy – our Soul. Soul as we all know is Pure Consciousness. Satt- Chitt-Anand. There is then no room for Negativity.
