We all know that we suffer from anger, lust, greediness, desire for power & fame and many more endless desires which we feel shall make us happy but they end up making our life miserable. We also know that we have the ability to maintain a sense of maturity at the crucial junctures of life when we were angry with our boss or telling lies to our family & friends, this maturity would have saved you from disrespectful moments but we often miss that maturity.
Living with Awareness and practicing of Daily Meditation, becoming a Witness to your emotions helps you to deal better with your own emotional strings.
Try this simple act next time. When you get angry, just become aware for a few moments and see that you are angry on someone – Just be witness & you will find your anger is no more – it has gone.
