Our thoughts are basically just a Mirror of the condition of our Subconscious mind. If it’s full of fears, worries, stress & false rotten beliefs then you are bound to experience Negative & Disturbing Outcomes around you. The opposite is also true. You will have Positive thoughts, Creative ideas, and Solutions to your problems if your Subconscious is Positive.
Mindfulness can be extremely helpful in shifting from a negative mindset to something more positive. Breathe In, Breathe Out, Feel the Flow of the Breath. Empty the Mind – Take a few moments to be Still. Be Aware of your daily activities like eating, drinking, sleeping, etc. Pay attention to your senses Ex: taste, the texture of food, etc.
Once we start living Mindfully, we start feeling Calmness within. In this state, we become One with ourselves. The Practice of becoming Non-judgemental is also helpful in making oneself Positive.
